Reviews for Presto 06620 11-Inch Electric Skillet (Kitchen) I've been using this pan on a day-to-day basis for roughly two weeks now and I can enounce it has met every my demands of it. Eggs and bacon are prepare evening mealed to perfection with out burning either. It heats up fast, and low climatic characteristic works for many foods. I like the truth that the warmth is contained within the pan and would not heat up the chamber like gasoline or electrical stove high burners do. The lid is deep enough to can help you cook dinner a minute chicken or roast. The last check I wanted to do was fry pancakes as one reviewer said it wouldn't secure sizzling sufficient to do it. Well, I used to be amazed at how well it did fry pancakes. Using thin batter was once higher than thick, but it fried both one to a golden brown. As a approachs as I'm involved this is a nice quality product and will do anything else you want of it. The climatic characteristic keep lookout over is in stages instead of heat medium and excessive as one of the crucial others I've checked out. That characteristic came in handy with the pancakes as the instructions have been to preheat to 375 stages. Well, that's what I did and it was once perfect. Update. December 2008. Well ultimate week I scraped off the the rest of the "non-stick" coating. I used to be involved that if I failed to I could be eating it.
