Reviews for Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 11-Inch Square Griddle (Kitchen) This is (unfortunately) my second griddle. The Caliphon one I offered origionally turned out to stay similar to loopy. This used to be my fault, it seems that, because I didin't read the positive print.
This griddle is phenomenal. In the primary situation, it would not stick which is a must for a griddle. I am not a "professional" chef/cook so all I care about is a device that works neatly without quite a few "preparation" or "conditioning". This griddle warmths uniformily, the deal accompanying does NOT derive hot, and it DOES NOT stick. In addition, you wish to use metallic devices along it with out harming it.
Cuisinart obtained it proper accompanying this griddle. One of the "best kept undergrounds" of the culinary world in my view.

a time) and noticed that many pieces are thinner than differents.
The thicker items are nicer and distribute warmth better.
This explicit unit was once too skinny and so we back it.
We like the Quantanium floor because it's strong and simple to clean but
the 11-inch squar griddle warped the primary time it used to be uncovered to warmth
so it used to be returned.
Reviews for Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 11-Inch Square Griddle (Kitchen) The no-stick surface is glorious -- nothing sticks and it appears harder and more durable than usual; then again, it is gentle and flimsy. The initial time I used it, it warped a bit (and I was careful).
I don't think it heats as evenly as my previous one. The bacon cooked effectively, but the pancakes were browner in some areas than differents.
I'm looking now for a good cast-iron or electric griddle.
